I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful, well-maintained property near the Howler monkeys. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I ran out of gas and even provided me with a few gallons by breakfast. The on-site meals were delicious and the tours offered were incredible, especially the river tour. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. The owner's daughters greeted us warmly and even offered us dinner despite our late arrival. The rooms were basic but very clean, with comfortable beds and a fridge. The grounds were beautiful, with cashew trees, flowering plants, and free-roaming animals. The location was great, with nearby trails for birdwatching and a short walk to see the howler monkeys. A great spot for nature lovers!

There was no hot water in the rooms. However, the staff quickly accommodated us by opening up another room for us to shower in.

During my stay at the Nature Resort, I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional hospitality of Roy, our host. From the moment we arrived, Roy made us feel right at home. He personally greeted us at the airport and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he prepare a delicious Christmas dinner for us, but he also took the time to teach us how to make a mouthwatering omelette. Roy's knowledge and recommendations for activities such as visiting the Lamanai ruins, zip lining, and cave tubing were spot-on and made our trip truly amazing. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful oasis, surrounded by nature. The property is well-maintained, and our room was tastefully decorated. The meals prepared by Roy and his wife were absolutely delicious, leaving us with lasting memories of the unique flavors of Belize. I highly recommend the Nature Resort for a truly exceptional experience.

Beautiful grounds and well-maintained property. Friendly and accommodating staff who were knowledgeable about the local area. the cabanas were clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning.

The wifi was not working properly, which made it difficult to stay connected. There was also a lack of cell phone reception in the area, making it challenging to communicate with family and friends.

The location and setting are excellent, close to wildlife. The grounds are fantastic, surrounded by spectacular bird life. The host, Roy, is kind, knowledgeable. The meals cooked by Roy and his wife were delicious. The property is peaceful and beautiful, with nature all around. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing great information about the local area. The resort is conveniently located next to the Baboon Sanctuary. There are nice air-conditioned cottages with porches, and the kitchen offers good food. The howler monkeys are just across the road.

Felt very much at home, no complaints.

We got great value for our money at the Nature Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, with AC and a spacious bathroom. The location in the middle of the jungle provided a peaceful and secluded experience. The staff, especially Dr. Roy, were friendly and knowledgeable about the local wildlife and attractions.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more access to the coffee machine throughout the morning.

The best aspects of our stay were the cabanas at the edge of the jungle, offering a unique and immersive experience. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature and being so close to the Black Howler Monkey Reserve by the Belize River. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the host and cook, Roy, provided excellent service and delicious meals throughout our stay.

The worst aspects were the lack of communication upon arrival. It was challenging to check-in, as no one was present, and there was no clear way to communicate without email service.

We had an amazing time at the Nature Resort! the property is nestled in the rainforest, making it perfect for nature lovers like us. the cabanas were well-appointed and comfortable, and the meals, especially the breakfast spread, were hearty and delicious. Dr Roy, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we never started the day hungry. the tours, such as Russell's river tour and the nature walk at the nearby Baboon Sanctuary, were both wonderful. We also loved the hammock and the friendly animals that kept us company.

The resort provided a relaxing and welcoming experience. Cons: Nothing to dislike!

During my stay at the Nature Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and flavorful food served, especially the breakfast. The resort's stunning property with its vibrant flowers and cute huts added to the charm of the experience. Despite the lack of hot water, the comfortable beds and the opportunity to spot monkeys near the property made up for it. The location, although off the beaten trail, is perfect for explorers with a car or those planning a longer stay. I highly recommend this hidden patch of paradise.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great customer service throughout our visit. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There was no wifi available in the rooms, which was disappointing as it limited our ability to stay connected. the lack of rental cars at the hotel made it difficult to explore the area fully, especially since many local treasures were a few hours drive away.

I had a fantastic stay at the resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even greeted us with fresh cashew fruit and served delicious roasted cashew nuts for dessert. The cabana we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a great view. Our daughter enjoyed horseback riding and feeding fallen mangos and cashew fruits to the free-roaming horses. The staff also sliced open a freshly-harvested coconut for us to enjoy. Being part of the Community Baboon Sanctuary was a major bonus. There was also a wide range of wildlife right outside our door, including toucans, howler monkeys, iguanas, royal flycatchers. Roy, the host, cooked delicious Belizean meals upon request. The location was convenient to the airport and offered easy access to buses and the local area.
